What We Do
Business description
The problem we solve: independent service businesses lose revenue in the gaps — the phone call that rings out while the owner is on a job, the quote that never gets a follow-up, the customer who searches for the business online and finds nothing. Most owners know it's happening; none of them have time to fix it.
What we build: revenue systems that close those gaps. A fast website that gets the business found, lead capture that responds in seconds instead of days, automated follow-up that chases every quote and form, and appointment booking that fills the calendar without a human answering the phone. We design the system, install it, and operate it.
Who it's for: home-service contractors — glass, flooring, fencing, remodeling, towing — plus independent galleries, artists, and other small businesses whose owners do the work and can't also be the front office.

Jesse Hokenson
Founder & CEO
Jesse is a founder-operator. Before Alastor Global, he built and ran Credit Mechanic LLC, a consumer credit services company he has operated for over four years — handling everything from client acquisition to compliance himself. That experience of running a small business's entire front office alone is the reason Alastor exists: he builds the systems he needed and couldn't buy.
At Alastor Global he leads product, engineering, and client delivery, working with a network of specialist contractors for design and media production. He writes about building these systems on the company blog.

QuoteBump
Software for contractors that automatically follows up on every quote they send — by text and email, on a schedule, until the customer answers. Contractors lose jobs not because their price was wrong but because nobody followed up; QuoteBump does the chasing for them. Launched August 2026. Live product with self-serve signup at $99 and $199 per month plans.
The Complete System
Our flagship service offering: a premium website, local search presence, instant lead response, automated follow-up, and appointment booking — installed and operated for the client as one system. In production today with live client websites delivered and operating.
Christine
A phone assistant that answers a business's calls 24/7 — greets the caller, answers questions, books the appointment on the real calendar, and sends a text confirmation. Built on production voice infrastructure and offered as an add-on to the Complete System. You can call her yourself on the live demo line.
