Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Alastor Global LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), including our AI receptionist (Christine), web development, and lead generation services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Alastor Global LLC provides the following services:
- AI Receptionist (Christine): An AI-powered phone answering service that handles incoming calls, books appointments, answers questions, and sends follow-up communications on behalf of your business.
- Web Development: Design, development, and maintenance of business websites optimized for performance and conversions.
- Lead Generation: Signal-based prospecting and qualified lead delivery for service businesses.
Specific service details, deliverables, and timelines will be outlined in your service agreement or order confirmation.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement to use our services. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Account and Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials we provide. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.
4. Pricing and Payment
- Setup Fees: A one-time setup fee applies to all service plans. The current setup fee and plan pricing will be provided during the sales process.
- Subscription: Services are billed on a monthly subscription basis. Payments are auto-recurring and processed through Stripe.
- Minimum Term: All service plans require a 3-month minimum commitment.
- Late Payments: If payment fails, we will attempt to collect again. Services may be suspended after 7 days of non-payment and terminated after 30 days.
- Refunds: Setup fees are non-refundable. Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period.
5. Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time after the 3-month minimum term by providing 30 days written notice to jesse@alastorglobal.com.
- Cancellation during the minimum term requires payment of the remaining months in the minimum commitment.
- Upon cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- We will assist with reasonable transition needs, including forwarding phone numbers back to your control.
6. Your Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete business information for service setup
- Not use our services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
- Not misrepresent the AI receptionist as a human employee to callers when legally required to disclose
- Comply with all applicable laws regarding call recording and AI disclosure in your jurisdiction
- Respond to our communications regarding service issues in a timely manner
7. AI Receptionist Specific Terms
- Christine is an AI-powered voice agent. While designed to handle calls naturally and accurately, it may occasionally misunderstand or provide imperfect responses.
- We continuously improve Christine's performance but do not guarantee 100% accuracy in every interaction.
- Call recordings may be retained for quality assurance, training, and service improvement purposes.
- You are responsible for ensuring compliance with call recording disclosure laws in your state and your callers' states.
8. Intellectual Property
- We retain ownership of all proprietary technology, software, AI models, and systems used to deliver our services.
- You retain ownership of your business content, branding, and customer data.
- Websites we build for you: upon full payment, you receive ownership of the website design and content. We retain ownership of any proprietary frameworks or tools used in development.
- You grant us a limited license to use your business name and logo for service delivery and, with your consent, for case studies or testimonials.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
- We are not liable for any missed calls, incorrect information provided by the AI receptionist, missed appointments, or any business losses resulting from service interruptions.
- We are not liable for actions taken by third-party services integrated into our platform.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Alastor Global LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
11. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.7% uptime for our AI receptionist service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for downtime caused by:
- Scheduled maintenance (we will provide advance notice when possible)
- Third-party service outages (telephony providers, cloud infrastructure)
- Force majeure events
- Your equipment, network, or internet connectivity issues
12. Modifications to Services and Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may also modify, update, or discontinue features of our services. We will provide reasonable notice of any material changes to your service.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if:
- You violate these Terms
- Your payment is overdue by more than 30 days
- You use our services for illegal or harmful purposes
- Continued service would expose us to legal liability
Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to return your data upon request within 30 days of termination.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Alastor Global LLC regarding our services.
