Alastor Global

The phone gets answered when you cannot pick up.

Your number stays. Behind it: a text back on every missed call, an answered line after hours, and a review request after the job.

Three things the phone system does.

Missed call, text back

A call rings out at 2:40 PM while you are on a roof or with a customer. At 2:41 PM the caller gets a text with your business name: sorry we missed you, what do you need, and a link to book. Most people text back. You see the thread and call when you are free, before they dial the next shop.

  • Fires only on calls that ring out, never on calls you answered.
  • Uses your existing number. Nothing to port.
  • Every thread is logged, so you can read what was said.

After hours, answered

At 9 PM the line is answered in a natural voice, not a menu. It asks what the caller needs, takes the job details and the address, offers real openings from your calendar, books the one they pick, and texts a confirmation. In the morning you read the transcript and the booking is already there.

  • It says it is the after-hours line for your business. It does not pretend to be you.
  • Emergencies get routed to a number you choose.
  • Anything it cannot answer becomes a message with the caller's number.

After the job, the review

When a job is marked done, the customer gets one text asking for a review, with the direct link to your Google profile. One text, no nagging. Reviews are the lever on Google Maps, and most businesses never ask.

  • Sent once per customer, at a time you set.
  • The link goes straight to the review box, not to a search page.

Who it is for, and who it is not.

It replaces a phone nobody is answering: a one-truck operation, a shop where the owner is the receptionist, a business whose calls go to voicemail after 5 PM. That is where the money is being lost.

It does not replace a front desk that greets people walking in. A dental office, a salon, or a clinic keeps their desk; the system takes the calls the desk misses and the hours the desk is closed.

Questions about this.

Do I have to change my phone number?

No. Your number stays and your phone rings first. The text back and the after-hours answering only happen when the call was not picked up.

Will callers know it is not a person?

Yes. The after-hours line says it is the after-hours line for your business. Callers get a real booking and a real confirmation, which is more than voicemail gives them.

What happens with an emergency call?

You choose the number an emergency routes to, and the line transfers it. Everything else becomes a booking or a message with the caller’s number.

Start with a ten-minute call.
